“Francelio Support Services Ltd (FSS Ltd) is a growing health and social care provider of excellent personalised care and support for people who are vulnerable.
We aim to provide a specialist supportive living environment and social care to people we support in our community with complex care needs.
We extend a hand of support to our client group in order to make lasting improvements to their quality of life, as well as offer a planned support and quality accommodation throughout. “
Our Vision
“Our core purpose is to collaborate with those who are disadvantaged and ultimately lead in the improvements of their mental, physical health and wellbeing to promote a better life; through delivering excellent and proactive care.
To provide specialist care and support to those that are vulnerable in an environment that will enable them to thrive and live independently thus becoming active members within their community.
In addition, provide a safe and nurturing home for individuals to develop and gain necessary coping tools through therapeutic input from professionals that will enable them to recover from traumas they have experienced and have a fulfilling life with little or no long-term impact.”
What We Do?
“Our staff and team provide supported living for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health problems, autistic spectrum disorders in a number of facilities.
We are committed to developing and maintaining a high standard of care and support which is tailored to meet the needs of the individuals to live within their own or shared accommodation, to lead a lifestyle of their choosing.
We work closely and tailor each care package with the individual, including collaborating with their care managers and circle of support to ensure the support is personalised to their specific requirements. Therefore, providing a widely varied service according to the individual requirements.
This may be as little as a few hours support each week, perhaps with shopping, managing finances or being introduced to new social groups. However, some may need a greater level of support and assistance with personal care. Whatever, the requirements the individual with the support of Social Service and FSS will determine the most appropriate care package.
The individuals interest and safety is of upmost importance to our organisation and therefore, at the fore front of our services. We ensure that our clients are fully involved in the day to day running of their home. We encourage them to share their views and ensure their needs are being met through daily one to one key working sessions and monthly meetings.”
Support
“Each person is assessed individually to determine their needs and requirements. A key worker is allocated to help achieve goals set out in their care plan. This is reviewed and updated to evidence targets and goals are being met, as well as setting new goals where necessary.
This is achieved through a collaboration of therapeutic care and support approach to empower individuals through personal development, vocational training, substance abuse counselling, interpersonal skills building, community involvement, leisure activities, and independent living skills.”
