Learning Disabilities
Learning Disability needs are specified by the Department of Health as a “significant reduced capacity to understand new or intricate information, to learn new skills (impaired intelligence), with a minimized capacity to deal independently (impaired social performance), which started prior to their adult years”.
Mental Health
Mental illnesses are health problems including adjustments in feeling, believing or behavior (or a combination of these). Mental diseases are related to distress and/or troubles operating in social, job or family tasks. Mental disorder is common.
Homelessness (Coming Soon)
Many people who become homeless do not show up in official figures. This is known as hidden homelessness. This includes people who become homeless but find a temporary solution by staying with family members or friends, living in squats or other insecure accommodation.

Our Vision
Our core purpose is to collaborate with those who are disadvantaged and ultimately lead in the improvements of their mental, physical health and wellbeing to promote a better life; through delivering excellent and proactive care. Support is provided in many ways and are tailored to the individual requirements.
Support
Each person is assessed individually to determine their needs and requirements. A key worker is allocated to help achieve goals set out in their care plan.
